Comments	The dive master Nacho, boat captain Emirio and Videographer Jean Paul were friendly. The entire operation seemed a little unorganized it took forever to get the 6 divers off the boat for dives leaving the first ones off the boat waiting in the water a long time. I felt they catered to local tourists more than foreign tourists. The rental dive gear was functional, but quality was less than I was accustomed to using. I should have paid the extra bagge fees to use my own equipment. The BCD size that I asked for in the shop and what I got on the boat was different. They did not listen to my requests for weights and gave me what they wanted me to have. I was way over weighted on the first dive. On the second dive, I tried to refuse the extra weight and unbeknowst to me, they added it on my tank strap. I couldn't figure out why I was pulled backwards until I talked to my dive buddy after the dive. The other divers on the boat spoke Spanish and the entire dive briefing was in Spanish. I had to request it be repeated for us. The dive site, Los Arcos had lots of snorklers on the surface but we saw minimal marine life.
