Comments	Facilities and operation are top notch, very professional. Dive guides are very eager to please and show you what you are looking for. We were somewhat uncomfortable with how aggressive they were to find and uncover the various critters as we come from the no-touch/no-disturb community. Be aware that the main point of the resort is to cater to serious photographers so they are at the top of the hierarchy (not that we non-serious photographers were ignored, just that sites were generally picked based on the wishes of the full-out serious photographers). It is definitely valet diving, with no equipment lugging and hot towels and fruit after each dive. Lembeh muck diving needs to be experienced to be understood! And the massage is highly recommended. One more point - our package included a fixed number of dives. Due to various reasons we didn't use all of the dives. We were told that they don't provide refunds for unused dives, which was fine and which we knew from the beginning. Then they didn't charge for NITROX as a way of refunding unused dives - very nice!
