Comments	Had the misfortune to be at the resort just as it was transitioning from one owner to another. The atmosphere was unsettled with the staff not knowing if they would still have their jobs. There was a walkout by dive staff while we were there and, though we only missed one dive, the atmosphere was not pleasant. Most of the rest of the resort staff did all they could to help out, but it was still uncomfortable for us. The diving didn't seem to be as good as our previous trip 4 years ago & we were told that there was a collector in the area. Still lots of trash floating and underwater so we made an effort to collect plastic on our dives. Just hope it would be disposed of properly. We did see some amazing and wonderful things & it still is the only place I've seen Mandarin fish courting & mating behavior. Rained almost every day for part of the day.

UW Photo Comments	Had a water bucket on boat for cameras; but all cameras in same bucket. Lucky none of us had a big rig. Had to ask one dive master to stop harassing critters for photos. On shore dedicated camera room & rinse tank for cameras.
