Comments This was our third trip with Dive Damai. The second on the Damai I.

This time, we started in Cenderawasih and ended in Northern Raja Ampat, a 13 day trip. The whale shark encounter in Cenderawasih is unique and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Short video here:

There is not much more that can be said about the Damai or the diving in Indonesia.

The boat is terrific, the staff are the best in the business and the diving in Indonesia is incredible. Concierge diving at its best.

If you want it all, IMHO there are none better.

As an aside, if you need assistance making reservations for domestic flights in Indonesia and hotel rooms pre and post trip, Dive Damai have a great team. Since flights are frequently changed or canceled, having someone on the ground to help is a great asset. There were a group of guests on this trip who were in Sorong and scheduled to fly to Nabir the next morning to get on the boat. Their flight was canceled and the Dive Damai team rescheduled the flight for that night and found them a hotel room in Nabir all within a couple of hours.
