Comments We love diving in Fujeirah, an easy 2 hour drive from Dubai to the coast. Al Boom is a great, safe and professional dive organization that employs very chill, kind, fun, experienced dive guides. The water clarity is not great but the macro opportunities are endless. There is little current and the sites are easy to navigate. The boats are large and not overpacked with divers. There is a great ratio with the dive guides usually 1:3 or 1:4 maximum. The guides always look for animal life and will specifically search for things that you specify. The dive shop facility is excellent with lockers, changing rooms, showers, places to sit, places to store gear overnight if you so desire, a well equipped store if you need anything, great rental equipment, great rinse tanks and outdoor showers as well. I highly recommend diving with this club. The only thing they do not provide is water buckets for cameras. But, the dives are so close to the shore that the boat returns to the dock for the surface interval. Additionally, the SI is quite short as the dives are mainly shallow.

UW Photo Comments Their bread and butter is not photographers; they do not cater to them but are happy to help and careful in their handling of cameras.
