Comments	This was a 3-day trip to the Cortes Bank. Truth did a good job of picking a favorable weather window. As a result, we were able to spend two full days of diving out on the Banks. I completed 8 dives and could have done more if so inclined. Visibility was outstanding and all of the dive sites were interesting and very scenic. Most of my fellow divers were hunting lobster and/or spearfishing. Their style of diving was to do many short dives and cover a lot of distance. I was there to sightsee and was interested in long bottom times and a relaxed pace. Despite the difference in styles, everyone was tolerant of the others and I didn't feel that I had to compromise too much. I'm not into hunting or spear fishing, but generally don't object. However, if you do object, be aware that the Cortes trips are very much in that vein and be prepared for lots of fish and lobsters being taken. Sleeping arrangements are in a common bunk area. It may not sound appealing, but it's actually quite private and relatively comfortable - no complaints. The crew is excellent, very responsive and always there to help on the dive deck. The captain is often out on the dive deck and helps get everyone into and out of the water efficiently. The food is very good and plentiful. As with the deck crew, the crew in the galley go out of their way to make sure that everyone is well fed and happy. As you can tell, I'm a big fan of Truth Aquatics. The Cortes trip requires a good crew and careful choice of weather window. But if you hit it right, as I did on this trip, it will be a trip of a lifetime.
