Comments I usually dive in the Keys without a dive buddy. Rainbow Reef always has a guide in the water, which is very reassuring when you're not too sure of the competence of your allocated buddy. The service on the boat is excellent; they will change over tanks if you want, hand out water, help you back on the boat , all with good cheer. It takes about 45mins to get to the dive sites. In the morning they usually run 2 boats, one to one of the wrecks like Spiegal Grove or The Duane or similar, for advanced divers and one to Molasses Reef. On my last trip we saw sharks, many turtles, spotted morays, Goliath grouper, Sting Rays and lots of reef fish. The coral is not up to the Red Sea, but there is no such thing as a bad dive!
