Comments	This is our 2nd trip to Grand Turk. Rented Island Passage which is about a block from Grand Turk Divers. The house was nice, AC worked in the bedrooms, fans in main room and kitchen, nice covered porch with great breeze. Ants were a problem at first. Rented a golf cart from Omars. Best way to get around island for shopping and touring. Diving with Grand Turk Divers is always good. Smitty led most dives and knows the reef well. Mostly easy dives with 50-70 foot vis and little current. Always made it back to boat. More mid size groupers on this trip. Lion fish everywhere and divemasters would spear them. Night dive had many small shrimp. Ended last 20 minutes of dive without lights and that was great. We like GT because of laid back and friendly atmosphere. Food is good at the restaurants we visited. We stayed away from the main resorts. Ask locals for good food and they will tell you best spots. Renting a house or condo is best bet. Local grocery stores had most items but shelves not loaded. Liquor store well stocked. Used GoPro for video. Boat did not have rinse tank for cameras and didn't ask. GoPro does not require the facilities that bigger or more professional camera require. I was fine. I would recommend Grand Turk to anyone wanting to do 2-3 dives a day and relax. Not first class but comfortable. If you want first class there are 2 big resorts on isalnd.
