Comments The dive guides and crew were fun and hard working. Had theme dive guides in costumes. Fun and interesting. The boat windows leak on the starboard side during rain. Runs down the wall and wets all the carpet. My room was port side and had no issues.
I took the trip thinking they would avoid hurricane damaged reefs and take us to the best of what was left. They do not do that. They take the same trip as they did before the hurricane so reefs that were wonderful to dive and are now rubble are a fair portion of the trip. Aggressor fleet was there doing the same thing.
Reef sharks on most dives but rarely getting close to divers, just patrolling the reef.
The critter highlight for me was skeleton shrimp. Well known to the crew, they prep you for it. The shrimp are on the edge of a wall on coral running out from the wall so no place to get a finger for balance. Perfect buoyancy control required. A 60mm lens on a DSLR worked better than a 105mm due to the depth of field and the challenge to stay in place.
Lots of Hamlets of various types.

Good camera table and camera rinse tank.

Overall, would not repeat this trip. Price was low, service was good, diving was only fair for a LOB. If they start to alter the reef selection, could get more interesting.
