Comments	I dived 2 tanks at Sail Rock, billed as "the best dive site in the Gulf of Thailand". In fairness it was a really nice site. Pinnacle about 45km from Koh Samui. However, we were on a fast speedboat which took less than an hour to get there! The site is in good condition. WE saw lots of large schools of fish, including Batfish, Jacks, Snapper, Barracuda. Also several large Grouper. Lots of smaller fish and critters, morays, nudibranchs. The signature dive as at "the chimney" which, as the name suggests, is a vertical swim through from 18m up to about 5m. It was Easy Divers day off (Wednesday) but they arranged for me to be picked up at my hotel and taken initially to their dive shop to pay and pick up gear and then to the jetty. They were not using their own boat but had taken space for me and the dive guide on another boat. The boat was fast and there were supplies of water, juice etc. A lunch was served between dives. We stayed at the Santiburi Beach Resort, which was excellent. Lovely rooms (take a beach villa) and a choice of a "western" beachfront restaurant and a Thai restaurant. Excellent gym facilities and a spa.
