Comments six of us on the trip. 1 couple has been returning to same resort for last 10 years. 3 of us were photographers. 1 was just observing - no photography. last was a totally new diver, who got certified during our 6 days.6th person (a wife) was not diving - just reading.

Absolutely the BEST small critter variety I've seen anywhere. have done the red sea, barrier reef, Maldives, but not raja ampat - yet.
No big stuff. They advertise themselves as the critter capital of the Caribbean, which they are.

no ACs in rooms that we could find, but not needed. every day there would be a short rain shower that cooled things off. Am from west coast Florida and their climate was better in st vincent.

UW Photo Comments used 100mm macro with sea & see flash, all manual setting, except for focus. shooting RAW & JPG. Canon 5DEos in Aquatica housing. do have a LOT of experience for an amateur.
Every dive we saw something new. Most/many subjects the size of your fingernail. gotta get in low & close. my pics turned out professional grade. will try to attach a couple. Absolutely NO big stuff, so leave the wide angle home.
