Comments I was there, off season, so island was quiet. Many times I was only diver and they were extremely accommodating. the DM/Instructor really loved his job and the 2 of us had great dives. It was my first experience with my Intova and he was wonderful at pointing out targets...including sea horses, flying gunards, etc. I had my own equipment and during the second dive, my octo basically ruptured. They loaned me one, at no charge and with a smile, and then replaced mine at the end of my trip. I dove for 5 straight days, including a night dive.

Bequia is very small, and as I was there off season, the restaurant and grocery choices were very limited. As I like these type of islands, I was extremely pleased with everything. Dive Bequia arranged a package deal for me that included a wonderful apartment to rent for my stay. They also arranged taxi from airport.

UW Photo Comments IT was my first try at this, new Intova, and the DM/Instructor was very helpful in pointing out subjects. If you let them know, in advance, that you have U/W gear, they will provide for it on boat and shore.
