UW Photo Comments [None]This is probably my favorite dive location and boat and this was a repeat trip. The Bilikiki is an old converted freightor, but the accomodations are more than adequate, the staff is excellent and the diversity of diving and health of the reefs can not be beat.

The diversity of underwater creatures, especially unusual little creatures was outstanding: 3 leaf scorpion fish, schools of Mandarin gobies, schools of razorfish, blue ringed octopus, cuttle fish, frogfish etc. The dives give me ideas for my sculptures about life in the sea. There were a number of small reef sharks as the Solomons are recovering from letting the Chinese catching sharks for shark fin soup. The reefs we saw were in pristine condition.

I would recommend the Bilikiki or its sister ship and this dive trip to any experienced diver.
