Comments A week long side trip if you are diving the Apo Island/Dumaguete area with extra time. This resort is about a 3.5 hour drive from Dumaguete. There is a flight to Sipalay a few days a week. They have a few 3 tank dive trips that are well worth it. Diving ranges from site to site from ok to very good with mostly hard corals, reef fish. We saw a few gray sharks. The resort beach is very nice with calm water in late March early April. Some dive guides were better than others. Nitrox fills averaged 2800 psi and the rinse tanks were often filthy. The dive locker area needs a few fans. Food was good but expensive compared to other resorts on Negros island and Dumaguete area but inconsistent day to day. Only 2 beers to choose from on the menu which was surprising due to the mostly European clientele. No daily specials and few desert options. When they are busy they give you a limited menu for dinner and you have to order in advance too. A little disappointing for the price of food. One boat does not go into reverse. One boat had engine problems on 2 dives. Slow to respond to email inquiries. Hour late transfer pickup. The resort has many little areas that need improvement but overall a good trip.
