Comments In early April 2026, my wife and I dove the Tubbataha Reef, in the Philippines, from the liveaboard Philippine Siren.

The entire experience was great. The cost was about average for the location, but the service was exceptional.

Logistics:
We booked through Laura Taylor at Bluewater Travel laura@bluewaterdivetravel.com . As usual, her service was excellent and she worked with us on details whenever needed. She even helped us arrange small 60 cu ft tanks for my semi mermaid wife.
We flew from SFO USA to Manila, then caught a 2 hour flight to Puerta Princessa on Palawan. All travel was on Philippine Air, everything was smooth and on time.

We arrived one day early and stayed at the Hue Hotel. The hotel was clean, modern, safe and fairly priced. The restaurant and overall service was very good. It was within walking distance of a mall that had anything that might be available in Palawan.
