Comments the good: the coral and reefs were a lot better than nearby Panglao island; very colorful reefs; lots of clown fishes; some new fishes not commonly seen; the German divers usually stayed shallow to increase bottom time; I missed 17 American divers by 1/2 day. Diving was good. Resort workers were friendly and cheerful.

the bad: the operator used same dive sites (e.g., Looc or Looc pier) instead of other sites ( good thing I did not book 10 dives).
The owner Franz Bauman does demand down payment ( e.g., 3000 pesos); then, at check out, that down payment is not on the account; it is far to travel ( ~ 2 hrs.)-- TAG airport to near LOON then, boat ride to resort --1645 Php; it would take much longer if you used public transportation; on the way back I paid ~ $70 USD and public buses were too full even if I wanted to use them.
; it was expensive diving, accomodation and food compared to usual Philippine resorts.

wish I had known that It was mostly German divers (I would have brushed up on my German); all 12 dive sites were not usually dived.

UW Photo Comments the boat rides were short so bucket of water not needed; do notg be fooled by number of dive sites (12); far away sites would cost more; there were repeated dives close to the resort
