Comments Hotel room comfortable & clean and staff there very helpful. The dive boat had a roomy layout and dive staff very helpful, efficient in getting everyone in and out of the water. As far a making efforts to spot critters, they were variable, with at least one seeming just to relax in the water a bit too much of the time, clearly making no effort. The same one would poke at critters with his pointing stick—an octopus and after he touched a large nudibranch with it as we were leaving, I said something to the more senior one who was in charge. Both reef and muck, with the best reef/walls on Verde Island, an hour boat ride. Lots of nudis, frogfish, interesting shrimp varieties associated with anemones, sponges, eels, sea snakes, beautiful large purple urchins and large variety of beautiful starfish. One flamboyant cuttlefish, spotted my one of my friends.
