Comments Great diving and staff at both the resort and liveaboard. 2 days at the resort featured typical south Pacific beautiful corals and tropical fish. 3 days were "muck diving" with limited visibility, but we saw at least 2 dozen ghost pipefish of every variety. (This info two years old) If you fly in to Manila on Philippine Air (and not United or other intl) you end up at the same terminal that the domestic flights to Cebu use. An advantage.
