Comments THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT RESORT RUN ON AMERICAN STANDARDS. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.TO GET TO UPPER ROOMS NUMEROUS STAIRS.DINING AREA WAS OPEN AIR AND COMFORTABLE. FOOD WAS GOOD BUT SOME LUNCHES WERE REPITITIOUS. ALL MEALS WERE PLENTIFUL.THERE WERE 4 SCHEDULED DIVES PER DAY AND THEY WENT OFF ON SCHEDULE.(9,11,2 AND 4).NO DOCK YOU WADED OUT TO BOAT AND CLIMBED IN(NOT HARD). NIGHT DIVES AND VERDE ISLAND DIVES WERE DONE IF ENOUGH DIVERS SIGNED UP. ON VERDE ISLAND THE DIVE- WASHING MACHINE- AN AREA WITH VERY STRONG RIPPING AND WHIRLING CURRENTS WAS FABULOUS. THE WALL AT VERDE HAD THE BEST CORAL LOTS OF FISH AND CRITTERS. DIVING THE CANYONS ON A RAPID DRIFT WAS FUN WITH LOTS OF FISH,SCHOOLING FISH AND CRITTERS . SAW 2 LONG NOSED HAWKFISH. I HAD ALWAYS WANTED TO SEE COLEMAN SHRIMP-TOLD EXCELLENT GUIDE HENRY AND HE FOUND THEM ON NEXT DIVE. ALSO FLAMBOUYANT CUTTLEFISH,SNAKE EELS,FROGFISH,SEA HORSES,MANY SHRIMP,DEVIL SCORPIONS,DRAGONETS,GOBIES ETC.MANY NUDIBRANCHS.WENT TO SHARK CAVE AND SAW SEVERAL LARGE RESTING SHARKS.MANY SEA SNAKES.TRANSFERS FROM MANILA AIRPORT TOOK 3 HOURS AND WERE WELL RUN.A REALLY GOOD DIVE TRIP.MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THE POOR VISIBILITY WHICH GOT BETTER DURING MY TRIP AND WOULD BE EVEN BETTER IN LATE FEB TO PRIL.
