Comments This trip was better than the first, mainly because a) Dan toned it down a bit, b) the destination was better than before (even though this was a completely explorative dive trip) c) there were more interesting interactions with locals d) the crew was much better (especially the two dive guides Andrew and Marcus). Because the boat is a catamaran, it tended to rock starboard to port and our bed was oriented the same way, indigestion was a problem. Cabin was small and one of us hurt an elbow on the bathroom door every time. However, there were more places to hang stuff up than before, the kitchen didn't produce as much smoke as previously (and only set off the fire alarm two or three times) and meals were more organized (especially breakfast). Marcus and Andrew did a great job of leading, guiding and finding things for us (the third of three groups didn't want guiding). Even though the trip was specified as completely exploratory, we feel there could have been more attention to finding sites that were interesting. Compare to the next review of Lissenung Island Resort.
