Comments	The typical routine is a two-tank morning boat dive to the offshore islands. The area we dove in was a marine park. The boat was large, with at least 20 divers. Divers are divided into groups (mainly according to language spoken, it seemed). There were only two other divers in my group, and group entries into the water are staggered so it didn't feel crowded underwater. The dive started out on a deep sand slope, where we didn't see much. It was shaping up to be the most boring dive I'd ever done, but we found some nice coral in the shallows. Not many fish, and those that we saw were small tropicals. Anything edible had been fished out long ago. I would estimate the water temperature to be in the low 70s F. I was freezing in my 3mm full wetsuit - the coldest I have ever been. The second dive had more coral cover so it was a little better, but still not particularly exciting. I wouldn't recommend making a trip to Nha Trang exclusively to dive. But if you are already in Vietnam and want a Vietnam logbook stamp, Rainbow Divers is a good operator, and Nha Trang has a wide variety of accommodations (I found a clean, private room in a mom-and-pop place for about $18 but there are fancy chains like Novotel too), a nice beach and topside activities to keep a non-diving companion entertained for a day.
