Comments Palau Aggressor was an excellent liveaboard, but I've never been on one Aggressor that was not excellent. My wife and I did nitrox training on board and that increased our divetimes, since most of the dives were 80 feet or above. We went in July, and if I did it again I would go earlier in the year since we had two days of wind and storms, keeping us from the best dive sites. Fortunately, the ship did everything they could to get us to the Western dive spots. The town lodging is relatively expensive, so if you go high season, December-March, you'll pay a premium. You can fly direct to Hawaii, then Guam, then Palau on United. We saw lots of gray sharks, schools of jacks, and all the usual suspects of the Pacific between the Philippines and Indonesia. We will return.
