Comments	We stayed at the Palau Royal Resort. Before booking, consider joining One Harmony for a better room rate and discounts on meals and other purchases during your stay. The resort is luxurious, with a spa, a restaurant with an extensive breakfast buffet, and it is within walking distance of a few restaurants. Blue Marlin is a Japanese-run dive shop conveniently located just outside Palau Royal Resort, with at least 5 dive boats docked there. The number of divers determines what boat will be taken to the dive site. Most of the divers were Japanese, but at least one dive guide was fluent in English. ... Subscribe to get the full story. Closest Airport	Palau International Airport	Getting There	United Airlines flies to Palau through stops in Guam. Flights from Guam arrive and leave Palau very early in the morning, between midnight and 4 AM most days. On Tuesday , there is an evening flight from Guam that arrives in Palau at about 9 PM. There are also flights between Taiwan, Manila and Australia at different times.
