Comments	We were very happy with Laguna Beach. Just be sure to bring your DEET noseeums are aggesrrive. The rooms were clean and spacious, everything worked, and the food was, though not gourmet, very good and plentiful. The cooks made special vegan dishes for me every lunch and dinner. Romina and Luciano, the managers, were always available and very helpful. Diving was comparable with the other good Carribean sites, and we saw lots of jeuvenilles and small things, as well as the usual complement of reef fish. No whale sharks, though, early spring seems to be a better time. The coral is in very good shape, especially the soft coral. The dive boats are modern, with giant stride entries and a ladder. Gear is set up for you and rinsed daily. We enjoyed Laguna Beach and would happily go back.
