Comments We had never been to Roatan before and had heard that due to the amount of tourists it was not that good for diving. We were in for a pleasant surprise. CoCoView is a great resort for divers, somewhat isolated, never did see lots of other people. We were there during the great annual fish count with Reef Net. Scott and Patti gave talks in the evenings to assist is identifying the fish. They were always available to help us with our own identification process.

Our DM Jesse was great. We had a boat full of photographers and Jesse found all kinds of things and made sure that everyone had a chance to get the photos they wanted. We were four in our party and one of us was recovering from a broken arm and unable to lift anything over 10lbs. The crew was fantastic with assisting in and out of the water.

We did get a little tired of the food but there was always plenty of it. Loved the salad bar at night. The room was good and plenty of space and cleaned well. Great views from all the rooms.

The staff at CoCo View were all very helpful, they set it up so we could go do a shark dive. That was an incredible experience, 16-20 Caribbean sharks all around. They also set it up so some of our party could go do the Priates Extreme Zipline which was loved by those who did it.

We will go back to CoCo VIew to dive again.

UW Photo Comments On shore there were great tubs for soaking camera equipment and the water was always clean. The boats were great. Nice tub just for cameras and enforced, and then a shelf with a rubber mat on it to protect from bumps.
