Comments Our first time staying at Coco View. We now know why they have so many return customers.
The Coco View staff picks you up at the airport and takes you by van to the Coco View dock where it's a short boat ride to the resort. The staff handles all the luggage.
The service and attitude are top notch. One example, when our bottled water ran low we notified the office; about 10 minutes later we had a new bottle. The whole resort is geared to A+ customer service. The only issue we had, if you want to call it that was that so many people are return visitors, the staff sometimes assumes you know what they're talking about. Had to ask for clarification on several occasions.

We stayed in the Mango Suite which we thought was over the water. Turns out it's on the waters edge, no big deal for us. The suite had 1 separate BR with bath/shower and a bed in what I would describe as a common area which included bath/shower, fridge, and coffee pot. Be aware, the room lock box is just that, not a safe. The box is bolted down and includes a keyed lock. We opted to use a combination lock we had with us.

If you go hungry, it's your fault. The food was varied, plentiful, and good. Service was fast and efficient.

The diving was much better than we expected. The coral is in pretty good shape and there are enough fish and critters to keep us entertained. The "Front Porch" the resort's shore diving spot is really shallow for maybe 50 yards out before you get to the 15 foot deep buoy. The Prince Albert Wreck is fun to explore.

The rinse tanks were changed out multiple times during the day. We never saw them look "dirty".

The no see-ums weren't bad the week we were there.

The resort arranged for the Dolphin Snorkel Swim for us at Anthony's Key. There is a $50 transportation feet in addition to the cost of the snorkel swim. It's about a 35 minute van ride to Anthony's Key.

The return to the USA Covid test is done at the resort and went off with out a hitch.

The Roatan airport what can we say....We thought coming in was Bad until we were leaving. We showed out passports 5 times before getting through security. Not to mention, finger prints and facial recognition checks!! Just hum a happy song and keep on moving!
