Comments [None]after 4 dives/day ( 5/day offered , this incl. a night dive)I wish at each dive's end I had used a 5 mil. suit instead of a 3 mil. Some divers wore hoods. Water at depth 79F most places. The food aboard Kona Aggressor II better than good- it rivals some meals I enjoyed on luxury cruise liners of Silversea and Oceania. The wine selection- CK Modavi and Salmon Creek- was mediocre, esp. compared to the high quality of the food. Since I own a vineyard and know wines, I gave the boat's chef a list of quality but inexpensive wines such as the Bogle label. This boat is easy to dive- just giant stride off the stern. The crew was always attentive, helpful , polite and very knowledgeable. I have been on around 13 dive boats in the last 15 years and this boat ranks with the best.

I would definitely recommend a 5mm, even in summer. I've dive all islands, and temp varies from one to the other, even on same day. I'm doing this trip in Jan. and plan to bring TWO 5mm suits, so I can alternate.

Barry and I are booked for next October so appreciate the review and info. I'm always cold so the 5 mm tip is very helpful.
