Comments We spent 3 months in Honolulu and went diving with Gabe several times during our stay. We had done our Nitrox training with him 10 years before. We dove 3 wrecks from a boat off of Diamond Head, and did some shore dives on the North Shore, Sharks Cove and Three Tables, when the surf cooperated. Gabe's briefings are very thorough, and he is very careful and observant underwater. We saw a lot of good things, Gabe is outgoing and friendly, and has a good nose for sniffing things out. He is also quite good with fish ID. If you can, study Hawaiian fish and creatures at [marinelifephotography.com link]. Interesting nudibranchs and small fish, neon-colored wrasses, one white tip reef shark, a lot of turtles, 2 pairs of mating octopi, a LARGE frogfish on the Sea Tiger wreck, plenty of eels. Given the relative lack of coral in Hawaii, there was still a lot to see. 100'+ viz on the Sea Tiger. Wow!
