Comments	I have been diving with Dive Makai for 5 years, and unfortunately this is not the operation it used to be. The boat and rental equipment are deteriorating, but mostly the enthusiasm is gone, and the concern for safety did not seem to be there. The staff tried harder to please divers than the owner. I did 4 dives with them during the week, but nothing to write home about. In fact, when and if I return to Kona, I will not be diving with Dive Makai again.
