UW Photo Comments	This was our first trip to Fiji, first trip to the South Pacific & first trip to the southern hemisphere, a real bucket list adventure. I chose Oneta Resort for its remote location with close access to the Astrolabe Reef. I read positive reviews about Oneta Resort in Undercurrent, which sealed the deal. After an 11-hour overnight flight from LA, a long wait in Nadi, then short flight to Kadavu, we were met by 2 staff from Oneta, David & George. They carried our bags while we walked to the nearby beach & waded to the Oneta boat. The ocean was somewhat choppy, so the boat ride took 1-1/2 hours to get to the resort. As the boat pulled close, a large group of the staff was there to greet us with a Fijian song, ending in a rousing “BULA”!
