Comments No dive group assignment according to ability. Novices were intermixed with experienced divers. Groups were small, perhaps 4 people, or as few as two. Trips left the dock at about 8:30 a.m. daily. Very little handling of gear - the dive operation took care of it before and after dives. The dive shop manager referred to it as "Princess Diving". Your gear was always on the boat, ready to go.

Dive leaders were good at finding critters. Boat crew were superb - always willing to help, and in good spirits. Boats were stable and in good repair. Nitrox was available, but at extra charge. You don't need Nitrox - air is good enough.

The dive shop was an easy walk from the resort. No proper beach for non-divers. Fiji is basically a rock with lush vegetation and few natural sandy beaches. The grounds were well maintained, as was the rest of the resort. No Wi-Fi unless you pay for it. A 7 day access program costs F $51.00 dollars.

Would we go back? No. Although we had a nice vacation, there are other South Pacific and Southeast Asia destinations with better diving, IMHO.
