Comments	Check in was hectic and unorganized. Rooms were not ready due to large biking event and some people not checking out until a day later. This necessitated additional moves. Rooms were small and electrical outlets were lacking. Lions Dive is an older operation but the facility is clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did a great job but the overall attitude of the hotel staff was so-so. The breakfast buffet was good but they only had instant coffee available. The dive operation was another story. Christian and his staff at Ocean Encounters went out of their way to accomodate. The divemasters were knowledgable and helpful. The boat our group had was clean, well equipped, and well maintained. We had a CCR diver in our group and the staff was very accomodating with O2 fills etc. The dive shop hosted a BBQ for our group on Friday evening that was exceptional. Christian and most of the shop staff atended as well. Check out on Saturday morning went much smoother.

UW Photo Comments	Separate rinse tank for cameras added they added a larger tank after day 1 to accomodate some of the larger housings. DM's instructed divers not to use for anything but cameras. Had equipment ready when you enetered the water.
