Comments I have been following Jorge, "El Cubano", IMHO the best dive master in Cozumel, for the last 23 years. He is one of the main reasons that Punta Sur has quickly evolved into one of the best operations on Cozumel.
Very patient, astute, and extremely safety conscience.
Let's you dive your own profiles. Small boats, so quicker to the sites and definitely not cattle cars.
Fresh fruit and PBJ's for surface intervals.
Did a great job of taking care of his divers at the "Devils Throat" with a ripping current at 120'. Ensured deco and safety stops. Seems to be on a first name basis with the turtles, crabs, and huge lobsters hiding in the swim-throughs.
Always punctual, friendly, and my personal choice to dive with in Cozumel.
