Comments	water was cold at 77-78 deg. F; but ok for Canadiansl air temp. waas 80 to 87 F. the bad: good thing I did not take inclusive ( only breakfast included in 4-3-2 plan); 1 night the hotel did not have dinner at Los Arcos restaurant; 1 day, a wedding caused no buffet lunch at the beach club; sorta expensive lunches at $14 USD. the good: no lies for tips to feed their families; well organized boats and diving; some things to see -- Manta ray, 1 shark, lots of tropical fishes in some spots; swim throughs at Santa Rosa wall; some weird critters (~ grass-hooper shaped); Paradise divers had almost instant repair of some regulators for some divers. friendly divers from all over the world; mostly experienced; currents were not strong; usually no delay in dive operations. Prices soared from yrs. ago: dinner could be ~ $22; shuttle from airport was 98 peso; taxi to airport was 170 peso. Weather was very good-- sunny; some clouds; some breeze.
