Comments	This was our first time diving with Raul and Bottom Time, but it won't be our last. Our usual Cozumel shop was booked, and the owner referred us to Raul, which is always a good sign. Raul was very responsive, flexible, and really listens to divers' preferences. Everyone we met during the week had dove with Raul before, and there were evident real friendships. Divers were also all very experienced, and all combined to make diving even more relaxed, fun, and easy than usual. We appreciated that while we went to some old favorites, we started at different locations on the reefs than is typical, and everyone was trusted to follow their computers. Cozumel is hanging in there, although there are few big fish. We did manage to see plenty of turtles, Cozumel splendid toadfish, and had a terrific dive with curious nurse sharks. The Hotel Intercontinental El Presidente is our favorite place to stay, and as usual everyone was friendly and gracious. Nice to see the extremely high COVID vaccination rates on the island!
