Comments My wife and I have been diving with Aldora Divers since 2003. We have both been employed in the customer service industry all of our working lives and have said we should write a review about our experiences with Aldora Divers and Villa Aldora every time we have gone.
Regarding Aldora Divers, Memo is the one who gave me my introduction to diving in 2003, that was over 250 dives ago. He knows the business and expects nothing but the best from his entire work force - from the dive masters to the office staff - you will encounter nothing but the most professional and friendly service. On our last trip - we dove primarily with Pepe and a few times with Edgar. We have full confidence in both. They watch out for us but allow us to dive our profiles and are willing to make any dive site that is suitable for that day happen. On our last trip Edgar helped us find the elusive sea horse and in the past has used his "powers" to find the spotted Eagle Rays of Cantarell. Pepe led us on most of our dives in June and is capable and attentive to the entire group to ensure that he finds the little things as well as make sure that all members of the group return safely. We love the boat captains as well - we have enjoyed the professionalism of Angel and Marcello for many years and then also was introduced to Lino on our latest trip. They are each attentive and safety and service minded. Julian and Flora lead the support staff at the office and are like family. Memo is like a brother.
When it comes to the Villa. Here is what you will find - someone who is there to make sure that they do everything to make your trip perfect. At this time it is Brent and his wife Debbie. At other times, it has been our wonderful friends Greg and Kay or Steve. They have all been the kind of people you can count on to do more then you would ever expect anyone to do for you in any circumstance or situation. We love them all. Though the diving is terrific - it is the people we have encountered through Aldora Divers and Villa Aldora that cause us to return again and again.
