Comments I'll explain the title first-TWO brand new/Once-In-A-Lifetime events!!:
During the transit back from Little Cayman, we were caught in what most would call a mini-hurricane. Due to the seas, we were all recommended to remain in our respective cabins.
1. Due to being cabin sequestered, there was nothing to do but read or watch a movie. I watched “Catch Me If You Can” FOUR times during the 8+ hour crossing. NEVER have I watched the same movie 4 times in one day!
2. 10+ foot seas! Never in my life have I seen such tumult in the ocean. Our 120’ ft Cayman Aggressor was pitched and tossed all over. I looked over to my wife and observed her being “launched” into the space between bunks. She actually caught air with this maneuver! Gear came loose during the crossing and flew across the dive deck! Thanks GOD, the Cayman Aggressors’ adept crew KNEW how to navigate this gale and how to keep us all safe. Mili, one of the proficient Cayman Aggressor’s divemaster’s caught me flying across the salon when I came up for air. Amazing how a fit thin 120lb Argentinian woman kept this 200+ man from losing his balance and breaking a hip! Thanks Mili!
So…that’s my TWO brand new/Once-In-A-Lifetime events!!:

Have you ever meet someone who ALWAYS greeted you with a sincere smile and exuded a metaphorical ‘But of course I can’ attitude. Well, this summed up Sarah Doyle, Second Captain of the Cayman Aggressor. She was an adept videographer, dive instructor, second Captain, and efficient MASTER of all phases of The Cayman Aggressor. Seems like this boat gets the finest of all the Aggressor personnel, and she exemplifies that demeanor! Sarah was absolutely amazing and I hope to dive with her again. Mili was right beside her!

This was our fourth trip aboard The Cayman Aggressor and it is still a top 4 destination. It breaks this divers heart to see the decimation of coral and wildlife. IMHO, both things that make Cayman, Cayman have been impacted time and climate anomalies. Very sad.
That being said, I believe we dove in what are the BEST waters the Caribbean has to offer. Clear water with 100+ ft. visibility was the norm. The Kittiwake and Russian Destroyer were both remarkable. Bloody Bay Wall was magnificent.

Food was plentiful and excellent although I don’t each much anymore.

There were 6 of us earning The Aggressor Iron Diver status by making all the dives. Yes, I made the night dives short, but I got in. At my age, (73) any physical recognition is a thrill! Additionally, wearing the Aggressor Iron Diver medal through the airport was an exercise in meeting new people! Many stopped and asked me about it. Hooh!

The dive deck was in great shape and the fills were consistently 3100 lb with 31% Nitrox.

The Cayman Aggressor is highly recommended!
