Comments Little Cayman Beach Resort is a very nice location with excellent diving that is relatively easy to get to from the US. The resort itself is somewhat dated, but it is maintained very well. Rooms are always extremely clean and in good repair. The staff was always extremely friendly and cheerful at all times.

Meals at Little Cayman Beach Resort are all buffet style with great variety and quantity. There was always choices for all tastes and diets. The bar was well stocked and manned by lively and friendly bartenders.

The dive operation was efficient and very helpful. Unlike a live aboard, divers actually had to rinse their own equipment. Oh well, a small sacrifice to make for the outstanding visibility, healthy coral and plentiful marine life. The dive boats were never overcrowded and operated on time. We had 2 morning dives and 1 afternoon dive. I was attending a GoPro video workshop given by Todd Kortte of Bluewater Photo/Video. It was outstanding. Todd's knowledge was vast and he shared it freely in the comfortable conference room at the resort.

The pool was in the center of the courtyard right next to the bar. The bar was a great place to enjoy a sundowner before dinner and most of the divers gathered there to review the day's events.

True to form, on the return flight from Little Cayman to Grand Cayman, my luggage did not accompany me. However, as promised by the Cayman Air staff, it showed up at my home in Illinois 3 days later.
