Comments 1The resort was located in a beautiful area- although the grounds were unkept. I wouldn't spend the extra money on a grand suite because it was just a very large room with too much unusable space. If we were to do it again we would get a villa. The food was very good but the service was extremely slow " Bonaire is the home of the 3 hour dinner".We learned to ask for the check when you received your entree. Toucan Dive was very good , the boats were great and the divemasters would leave early if you wanted a popular dive sight in order to beat the competition. Salt Pier was by far our best dive, we spotted numerous scorpionfishes which was a thrill for me.But what made the trip for us was the Aqua Kids program which my 8 year old daughter loved. She pointed out fish while snorkeling that I couldn't even identify thanks to the fish identification class. She learned Sassy, went to the donkey sanctuary, and took a boat ride to Klein Bonaire to search for turtle nests and dolphins. My wife and I could dive without worrying about whether my daughter was having a good time or not. She even came home with a list of Dutch words to teach her classmates. For that reason alone we will probably return. None]
