Comments We had a really great time at Captain Don's. Reading some of the recent reviews we were skeptical, but many of the concerns others claimed were either wrong or corrected when we arrived. I really liked their dive operations. The divemasters were friendly and knowledgeable. We dove Nitrox, and there were several analyzers around. The shed where you pick up Nitrox tanks for shore diving had a pressure gauge with a built in analyzer, which made it easy and convenient to check those tanks.

One of the things we really liked about the boat dives is they were single tank dives. They had (at least in the low season when we were there) two boats that each went out three times a day. You simply sign up on the marker board which boats/dives sites you want to go on. The corals could have been in better shape, but it was still a great experience. The shore diving on Bonaire was also really fantastic.

All in all, this was a fantastic trip for us, and we can't thank the staff enough.
