UW Photo Comments Another wonderful trip to Bonaire and Captain Don. This time we've decided to stay in the one bedroom cottage (it has a full kitchen) and have breakfasts in the room instead of the restaurant. At the end we've concluded that it was the right move. The supermarket in town is fully stocked, so we've got everything we needed.
Diving was as great as the last year, great dive operation, most of the dive masters are still there, very friendly people, new restaurants (Mezze across the South Pier is the best). Captain Don's dive crew practices diving freedom rule, dive your own profile, but come to the boat in about 60 min, however we've had a few dives longer than that (70 min+) with no complaints. Every dive was great, amazingly enough, we've encountered only about 5 lion fish during the week, but quite a few sea horses and frog fish, nurse shark. The reef is lush and healthy. To summarize, this one was another great diving vacation! Counting days to the next year's trip to Bonaire!
