Comments	I had heard that Bonaire was easy diving and good value for money. Buddy Dive had very nice accomodations since we were in a recently renovated room. The dive shop staff were great. The DM's were professional in all aspects. Food was mediocre, we had better food in the town. I would recommend, Casablanca's, It Rains Fishes and especially the Gelato place on the main drag...mmmm love the green apple gelato. If you want an off road adventure check out the National Park on the north end of the island, what a wild ride and rugged coastline! Loved the volcanic rock and wild "logging roads". Night diving on the "Salt Pier" was great (maybe because this was my first night dive, but...) we saw lobster, squid, cuttlefish, octopus, a bunch of stuff I don't even know about on the pier structure. The whole island was nice but it needs an update, especially the roads. Apparently the technique of pothole patching is unknown to the Dutch. If you fly Continental and can afford it then fly business class. Flying in 'steerage" or 'economy' class is like pretending you are a sardine for 4 1/2 hours. It is NOT fun. Final word. Kudos to Buddy Dive's dive staff. I saw them in action with 2 emergencies and in both instances they were calm, cool and professional. The outcome was not favourable but the staff acted as they should.
