We flew in early and spent an exciting 5 days in the jungle before our dive trip. We stayed at Sleeping Giant Rainforest Lodge and enjoyed cave tubing, trail hiking, and bird watching including spotting a toucan, followed by leisurely late afternoons at the pool. Definitely worth it.

Sleeping Giant helped us arrange a driver to bring us from the airport to the lodge and then from the lodge to meet the boat that took us to Blackbird Resort. Where else diving DE, VA, NC, FL, MD, SC, PA, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Bahamas, Belize, Truk, Yap, Bonaire
Closest Airport Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport, Belize City Getting There We flew directly from Miami, FL to Belize City on American Airlines. Smooth flight, on time. Took boat to Blackbird. Trip back on boat day we were leaving was long and hot with a full day of travel ahead. We might opt to fly when we go again.

Dive own profile no
Enforced diving restrictions 80 ft max depth on most dives except Blue Hole. We did hit a down draft on one drift dive that took most over that. Most dives were around 50 minutes.
