Comments I led a group of divers and snorkelers to Blackbird Caye Resort in February. Overall I was impressed with the level of service for resort and dive operation, quality of food, cleanliness and comfort of rooms, and ease of diving. The only challenge is getting there. Closest Airport BZE - Belize City Getting There We departed IND and connected through Houston on American. Unfortunately our flight from IND was delayed and we had to overnight in Houston and arrive the next day. As a result, we had to pay for a boat transfer on Sunday. In future, we will go a day early to avoid this.

Enforced diving restrictions To dive the Blue Hole, they required a PADI AOW or SSI Specialty Diver. Require a deep dive check out the day before to 100 ft.
