Comments For a first time liveaboard experience, it couldn’t have gone better. The hard working crew rotates through all tasks from cleaning to serving meals to guiding dives. Guests were well fed at all times with three course dinners, warm snacks, fresh fruit, and a variety of beverages. With up to 14 guests, the boat doesn’t feel crowded during dive setup or relaxing on the sun deck. Hot showers off the back of the boat followed by warm towels or a robe were a pleasure. A large camera station was great for setup, cleaning, and charging. A computer area was available for dumping photos. Nitrox fills are available on the boat and highly recommended. Nitrox course are available if needed.

There were 25 dives available on this trip with one land excursion to an “Iguana island”. For beginners, the dives offered clear warm waters with healthy corals, walls, and plenty of tropical fish. Sea life highlights included reef sharks, nurse sharks, large turtles, rays, lobsters, crabs, and annoying lion fish.

For the well traveled diver, with visits to Asian and South Pacific waters, a lot of the dives might not be considered very exciting. But the boat is well equipped for grabbing some rest and relaxation if you need a break from the “same ole fish”.

Coming from the west coast, it would have been better to arrive a day earlier as it was a long day to kill without accommodations in Nassau, before the 4pm boat check in.
