Comments We did a night dive at Busselton Jetty with Swan Dive. The jetty is 1.8 km long, and the end section is a popular dive site. When we were there an underwater observatory was under construction and the jetty was closed, but still diveable by boat. Swan Dive were fantastic, one of my top 5 dive operator experiences. Friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable staff, spacious dive boat, just took us to the site (15 mins from their dock in Geographe Marina), let us dive, got us home, no fuss, unnecessary lectures, bravado, etc. We all rented 7 mm wetsuits and were very glad to have done so. The dive involves swimming up and down the various lines of jetty pylons, which are covered in soft corals and sponges, and exploring the surrounding sand, weed and debris for small creatures. We saw a Leafy Filefish, several octopus, scorpionfish, and 3-4 nudibranchs, sadly unidentified as my camera battery unexpectedly died a few minutes into the dive.
