Comments Top-notch liveaboard with superb safety and crew. Divers required to have sausages and whistles; each pair was loaned a Lifeline radio/GPS; chase boat always ready; detailed pre-diving briefings with illustrations, and a lookout with radio was topside on every dive. Tanks refilled immediately. Almost everyone else wore wetsuits.

Meals prompt and good with special attention paid to needs of vegans and vegetarians. "Ships alcohol only" policy but prices were reasonable.

Visibility on Great Barrier Reef only fairly good but much better while in the Coral Sea. Especially great were Captain Trevor, Leader Kerrin and Chef Kerry. We sat out a Coral Sea dive during which sharks were fed. Captain set boat up beautifuly for cloud-free viewing of a total solar eclipse. Beds are a bit cramped for anyone over 6'2".
