Comments Takes a while to get there but it is worth it! The place is nice and remote and currently unspoilt. If you want to dive naturally with sharks, this is your place. There is no chumming or feeding or baiting, you rely on the very experienced guides to take you to the best spots for sharks. We saw hammerheads, tiger sharks, bull sharks, black tip and silver tip sharks as well as lots of different rays, and on the afternoon reef dives, frog fish, morays, nudibranchs, groupers and lots more.

You are mainly drifting in the blue and need to be a confident diver with a decent level of experience. There is no training carried out there, so your dives are not restricted by depths and limitations of new divers.

Dives are from an inflatable RIB and you help launch the boat yourselves from the beach. The surf can be a bit exciting but once on the move, the ride is pretty comfortable. The staff are all excellent and also arrange group meals at the lodge and in the local area.

If sharks are your thing and you like getting away from it all, this is the place for you. I loved it so much I am going back next year! Well worth the time and effort getting there and the humiliation of hauling yourself into a rib every day!

A note of caution, the sun is extremely strong out there so best to cover up!

UW Photo Comments You are on a RIB but there is a box to put cameras in for safety and the guide and boat crew member were excellent at grabbing cameras off people and stowing them to one side while people got back in the boat.
