Comments Happened to be here at end of a safari and was lucky to get a personal dive excursion. 2tanks/$128 Good Indian Ocean diving but poor visibility. Some friends are going to a place at NW corner of Zanzibar next year and I hope they get better viz. See website for some pictures.

November isn't a great month for viz on Zanzibar as this is when the winds change. THe diving in the north is also much better that in the south. The best diving experience on the island is with Scuba-Do from Kendwa. They have hast zodiacs, the best guides and plan dives with the tides. Indigo Safaris arrange dive trips and Tanzanian safaris.
