Oasis Divers/Osprey Beach in
Turks and Caicos/Grand Turk

Dive Conditions

No deco, but let us do our thing  

No rinse tank on boat but at dive shop large clean sink.  All shore
intervals were at dive shop as dive sites 10 to 15 minute boat ride  

Overall Rating

Osprey Beach (the best hotel on Grand) is a divers hotel, my wife a non
diver found the pool non inviting as the restaurant surrounds the pool. 
The beach is nice but no umbrellas.  Room was comfortable but not the Royal
West Indies on Provo.  Provo has more restaurants and better hotels but the
diving on Grand Turk makes up for any shortcomings in the hotels. 
Michael's has a great breakfast and dinner.  I would not stay in the garden
rooms of the Osprey as no view.  Mario and Sara the two dive masters we had
from Oasis Divers are world class!  They asked us what we want to see and
how we dove, they watched us and once they knew what we were capable of
they adjusted.  Mario video-taped 11 of our 13 dives and made us a CD for
$80.  What a great way for my 16 year old son and I to remember a world
class dive with great dive masters.  Would I go again, in a heart beat! 
Skip the temptation to visit the cruise center!
